حذف الحساب والبيانات

1 من داخل التطبيق (الأسرع)
افتحي التطبيق ← تبويب "ملفي" ← مرّري لأسفل الصفحة ← اضغطي "حذف الحساب نهائيًا" ← أكّدي الحذف.
يُحذف حسابك وكل بياناتك فورًا من خوادمنا، بشكل نهائي ومباشر.
2 بدون التطبيق
إذا لم يعد التطبيق مثبّتًا لديك، أرسلي طلب الحذف من بريدك المسجل في التطبيق إلى بريدنا الإلكتروني:
راسلينا لطلب الحذفسيتم تنفيذ الطلب خلال أيام قليلة من استلامه، وسنؤكّد لك عند الانتهاء.
ما الذي يُحذف؟
- قياساتك وتفضيلاتك المحفوظة على خوادمنا
- رصيد التحليلات وحالة الاشتراك
- ملخص تفضيلاتك المتعلّم (الماركات، التصنيفات، الأقمشة)
- صور القطع التي صوّرتِها — على جهازك وفي حسابك معًا
- سجل تحليلاتك المحفوظ على الجهاز
- حساب الدخول نفسه (البريد الإلكتروني، معرّف الحساب)
حذف جزء من بياناتك دون حذف حسابك
إذا أردتِ إزالة تحليل معيّن فقط مع الاحتفاظ بحسابك:
افتحي التطبيق ← تبويب "تحليلاتي" ← اضغطي على أيقونة سلة المهملات الظاهرة على التحليل المطلوب ← تأكيد. ويمكنك كذلك حذفه من داخل شاشة نتيجة التحليل مباشرة.
يُحذف التحليل وصورته فورًا من جهازك ومن حسابك على خوادمنا معًا، ويبقى حسابك وبقية بياناتك كما هي.

1 From inside the app (fastest)
Open the app → "Profile" tab → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete account permanently" → confirm.
Your account and all your data are deleted immediately and permanently from our servers.
2 Without the app
If the app is no longer installed, send a deletion request from the email registered on your account to:
Email us to request deletionYour request will be processed within a few days, and we'll confirm once it's done.
What gets deleted?
- Your body measurements and saved preferences on our servers
- Your analysis credit balance and subscription status
- Your learned preference summary (brands, categories, fabrics)
- The garment photos you captured — both on your device and in your account
- Your analysis history stored on the device
- The login account itself (email, account identifier)
Deleting some of your data without deleting your account
To remove a single analysis while keeping your account:
Open the app → "My try-ons" tab → tap the trash icon on the analysis → confirm. You can also delete it directly from the analysis result screen.
The analysis and its photo are removed immediately from both your device and your account on our servers. Your account and everything else stay as they are.
