Consulting & Partnerships

Design partnerships that move products forward.

For 11 years, I've helped fintech, marketplace, and SaaS teams across the GCC ship products their customers actually trust. I work with a small number of teams each year, and occasionally mentor designers building their own path.

Who I work with

For Teams

Product teams and founders

You're building something complex, fintech, open banking, marketplaces, or an Arabic-first product, and you need design that earns trust at every step. You've outgrown templates. You want a partner who understands your business as much as your interface.

For Designers

Designers building their craft

You're early in your journey, or stuck somewhere along it, and you want honest feedback from someone who's been there. I keep a few mentorship slots open each month for designers who care about the craft.

How I partner with teams

Four ways to work together, depending on where you are and what you need to move forward.

01

Product & UX Strategy

For teams launching something new or rethinking what's already live. I work alongside founders, PMs, and engineers to define the experience, prioritize what matters, and align design with business outcomes.

Best for: MVPs, product pivots, new feature lines, or scaling beyond initial product-market fit.

02

UX Audit & Heuristic Review

A focused, evidence-based review of your existing product. You get a clear picture of what's working, what's costing you conversion or retention, and a prioritized roadmap to fix it.

Best for: Teams who suspect their product is leaking users but aren't sure where, or want a senior perspective before a major redesign.

03

Design Sprint

A focused engagement over one to two weeks to solve a specific product problem. We define, design, and validate, fast. You walk away with direction, prototypes, and clarity on what to build next.

Best for: Teams stuck on a hard product decision, or ones who need to move quickly without compromising on quality.

Sprint
04

Ongoing Design Partnership

For teams without a senior product designer in-house, or those who want one embedded in their work. I integrate into your team rhythm, review work, design key flows, and help raise the design bar across the product.

Best for: Startups scaling from MVP to growth, or teams between hires who can't afford to slow down.

Mentorship

For designers building their craft.

Every month, I open a few slots for designers who want a candid perspective on their work. We sit together for an hour, look at what you're building, and talk through the craft, the career, and the questions no one else seems to answer clearly.

I don't promise shortcuts. I share what I know, what I've seen work, and what I'd do differently if I were starting again.

You'll get

A focused 1:1 session, honest feedback on your portfolio or current work, and clear next steps you can act on the same week.

This is for you if

You're 1 to 5 years into your design career, you've hit a wall, or you want a senior voice before your next big move.

How it starts

Every engagement begins the same way: a short conversation. You tell me what you're building, where you're stuck, or what you're trying to move forward. I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right fit, and what working together would look like.

If we're aligned, we move into a scoped proposal. If we're not, I'll often point you toward someone who is.

No lengthy discovery calls. No generic decks. Just clarity, both ways.

STEP 01

A short conversation

We talk about your product, your team, and what you're trying to move forward.

STEP 02

A scoped proposal

Clear deliverables, timeline, and outcomes, tailored to your engagement type.

STEP 03

We start the work

Embedded, focused, and accountable to the outcomes we set together.

Depth matters more than volume.

I take on a small number of partnerships each year. The teams I work with get my full attention, real strategic thinking, and design that holds up after the engagement ends. If that's the kind of work you're looking for, I'd love to hear from you.
