UX audit & conversion review

When people leave a journey unfinished, a visual refresh is not always the answer. I review the flow, available analytics and interface behavior to identify friction and recommend changes the team can act on.

Who this is for

For teams seeing abandoned signups, difficult checkout or confusing multi-step workflows. The review can focus on one journey rather than demand a redesign of the entire product.

What we can deliver

How we work

  1. Choose a journey and outcome

Agree where the review starts and ends, and what completion means. Review analytics or session recordings when access and consent permit.

  2. Locate the friction

Check hierarchy, language, trust, feedback and recovery from errors. Compare what the interface asks with what the user can know at that moment.

  3. Prioritize and measure

Discuss recommendations with the team and separate quick fixes from changes needing research or an experiment. Define how to check whether the change helped.

Questions before we start

Can you audit without analytics?

Yes, through a heuristic review and walkthrough. Without behavioral data, findings are usability observations and hypotheses rather than measured explanations of conversion loss.

Do you guarantee a conversion increase?

No. Outcomes depend on traffic, the offer, implementation and the underlying problem. Previous case-study results describe those projects, not a promised result for a new engagement.

Can the review include a redesign?

Yes, when included in the scope. An audit can finish with recommendations, or continue into prototypes and interface design for the priority problems.
