MVP development & product launch

I work with founders from the first product decision through design, implementation and launch. As a product designer and builder, I connect what the user needs with what the first version can realistically deliver.

Who this is for

For founders who have a clear problem to solve and need a first working product without assembling a full team immediately. It also suits a small team testing a new product direction with a deliberately limited scope.

What we can deliver

How we work

  1. Choose the smallest useful release

Clarify the user problem, essential functionality and assumptions to test. Identify platform, data and integration constraints early.

  2. Design and build together

Design the core journey and implement it in working increments. I use AI-assisted development while owning product decisions, review and testing.

  3. Release and learn

Prepare the agreed web or store release, then use available feedback and analytics to decide what to improve next. Store approvals and third-party dependencies affect launch timing.

Questions before we start

Are you a designer or a developer?

My foundation is senior product design. I also build and launch working products using AI-assisted engineering. My independent product case studies explain the decisions, technology and ownership involved.

How long will the MVP take?

Timing follows the agreed scope, platforms and integrations. We define milestones after reviewing the brief rather than promise a fixed timeline before understanding the product.

Can you help after launch?

Post-launch iteration can be included in the engagement. We agree what monitoring, fixes and product improvements are covered, and how future work is prioritized.

Other ways to work together

Tell me what you're building

Share the problem, your current product or website, and what you want to achieve. We'll agree the scope, responsibilities, timing and cost before work begins.
